The Head of State is convinced: given the current successful situation in foreign trade – which is of a cyclical nature, it is primarily necessary to activate industrial co-operation for joint production of new products in demand on the world market in order to maintain the positive dynamics of economic growth in 2022.

“Co-ordination of a list of joint large scale high-tech projects and outlining of conditions for their financing and implementation will become an important practical step along this avenue. We are already working over such projects with the Russian Federation. To solve this problem, we need to pay special attention to introduction of innovative technologies in the coming years – so that not to lose foreign markets. Accumulation of our countries’ joint efforts and scientific potential will make it possible to do this with maximum efficiency,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.

The President of Belarus believes convergence of instruments and conditions for state support of industry in the EAEU member countries is another element necessary for harmonious development of industry and successful co-operation in this sphere. The Head of State called for a responsible approach to this topic.
