Kozhemyako: thanks to Lukashenko, Belarusian factories accelerated the dispatch of equipment to Primorsky Krai affected areas

Thanks to the personal assistance of the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, Belarusian factories have accelerated the delivery of equipment to Primorye as a matter of priority – as noted by Governor of Russia’s Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako in his Telegram channel

According to the Russian governor, in total, the branches of Primavtodor received over 30 vehicles. “This is the first large batch of heavy equipment purchased in the fraternal Republic of Belarus. I’d like to thank the President of the Republic, Aleksandr Lukashenko, who assisted greatly,” wrote Oleg Kozhemyako.

In general, 215 vehicles will be delivered to the region this year: heavy duty dump trucks, graders, loaders, combinations of road machines.

“I sincerely thank you for the first batch of the machinery that arrived in the Primorsky Krai to strengthen the work of Primavtodor,” Oleg Kozhemyako addressed the Belarusian suppliers. “We’ve signed a contract with the Belarusian side for the supply of about 215 units of equipment that will come to Primavtodor, which will significantly strengthen our branches that we will establish in each municipal district. This is also a response to those challenges of natural disasters that happen more and more every year in our regions. So that each region has a reliable system for responding to certain emergencies, so that roads are properly maintained, so that it is possible to cover them with asphalt. Therefore, this is one of the first steps to strengthen the grouping that will be on the ground. And today this equipment will go to our municipal districts. Every week we expect the arrival of other machines: loaders, graders, bulldozers, heavy duty dump trucks that will work for the benefit of the Primorsky Krai.”

According to Oleg Kozhemyako, the task is to fully equip all branches of Primavtodor, enabling them to maintain roads and to quickly restore roads after natural disasters, as well as to build new ones.
