The editor-in-chief of the RT TV channel, Margarita Simonyan, posted the transcript of the conversation on her account on the VKontakte social network.

Information about the plans of the German officers became known from the transcript of a conversation held on February 19th between the Head of the Operations and Exercises Department of the Bundeswehr Air Force Command, Gräfe, the Air Force Bundeswehr Inspector, Gerhartz, and the staff of the Air Operations Centre of the Bundeswehr Space Command, Fenske and Frohstedte.

Among other things, they discussed the fact that German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius instructed to work out the issue of supplying long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine. Then the officers discussed the possibility of transferring 100 such missiles in two tranches of 50 each.

“The bridge in the east is hard to reach, it's a fairly small target, but Taurus can do it, as well as hit the ammunition depots,” Frohstedte said during the talks. Gerhartz confirmed his assumptions, pointing out that ‘there is an opinion that Taurus [the defeat of the bridge] will succeed if using the French fighter Dassault Rafale’.

Earlier, Margarita Simonyan, referring to the presence of a confirming audio recording, pointed out that on the day when German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced that NATO was not and would not participate in the Ukrainian conflict, high-ranking German officers were negotiating the possibility of attacking the Crimean Bridge without consequences for the German authorities.

The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, noted that the Kremlin has no information yet about the content of the recording of the German officers' conversation about the attack on the Crimean Bridge. The Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, stated that the issue of discussion by German high-ranking officers of the attack on the Crimean Bridge will be heard at the next State Duma meeting.
