Egypt ready to mediate between Israel and Palestine

According to the Al-Sharq TV channel, the Egyptian leader confirmed Cairo's readiness to mediate between Israel and Palestine during his meeting with the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.

It is also reported that the Egyptian President asked Mr. Blinken for security guarantees that would allow humanitarian aid to be delivered to Gaza.
