Children from Donbass and Zaporozhye vacationing in Belarus received treats from Belarusian President’s farmstead

The second spring shift for children from Donbass and Zaporozhye – who came to Belarus to recuperate – has come to an end, BelTA reports with reference to public figure, Paralympian and motivational coach Aleksei Talai

"I was very happy to attend the festive farewell concert. It was prepared by children who presented wonderful gifts from their cities, sang songs and danced, thanked the leadership of our country, as well as the staff of Belaruskali and the Dubrava camp that hosted them. We had a warm chat. Before the concert, I lectured a Lesson of Courage, telling boys and girls about my life and that they should never give up. On the contrary, they should make attempts to progress and win,” Mr. Talai said.

According to the Paralympian, that meeting would be remembered by children for a long time. "I enjoyed an honour to give them treats from the farmstead of our President, Aleksandr Lukashenko. These are potatoes for the festive table, since we will all celebrate Victory Day, as well as vitamins – such as juices, fruit drinks, and honey. I am sure they will give strength and positivity to boys and girls. In addition, they will take home our President for Children chocolate. It was a great pleasure for me to give the treats from the Head of State, also conveying the kindest wishes for a good journey, a peaceful sky over their heads soon as possible, and all the best. Belarus is always ready to lend a shoulder of help and support to those who need it,” Mr. Talai said.
