Belarusian Union of Women and Russia’s Union of Women to prepare a project to train women leaders
The Chairperson of the Belarusian Union of Women, the First Deputy Healthcare Minister, Yelena Bogdan, has informed that the women's associations of Belarus and Russia plan to create a system for training women leaders – as reported by the Information Analysis Portal of the Union State
“The Belarusian Union of Women once had such an initiative. This year, we’ve launched our school of women's leadership and its first course ended a week ago. The training programme was specially developed jointly with the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. Russia has remarkable experience in development of women in all spheres. We want to launch a joint project on women's leadership,” Ms. Bogdan said during the Social Policy of the Union State round table discussion.
