Belarusian exposition on display at food exhibition in Egypt

The Egyptian International Exhibition Centre in Cairo is hosting North Africa’s largest annual food exhibition – Food Africa Cairo – which displays Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition – as reported in the press service of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI)

Belarus is participating in the Food Africa Cairo expo for the fourth time. This year, 14 Belarusian enterprises present a wide range of dairy, meat, starch products, as well as baked goods.

The enterprises of the Grodnomyasomolprom Holding (Volkovysk’s Bellakt JSC, Molochny Mir JSC, Lida Dairy Plant and its branch Smorgon Milk Products, Rogoznitsa Starch Factory, Volkovysk and Slonim Meat Processing Plants) demonstrate their products to foreign visitors of the exhibition, as well as Agrokombinat Skidelsky, Smorgon Combine of Bread Products, Primemilk LLC, Lidakhleboprodukt JSC, Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant and Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 – Managing Holding Company of Pervyy Molochny.

The opening ceremony of the exposition was attended by the Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Ali Al-Moselhi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Sergei Terentiev, Chairman of the IFP Group (organiser of the exhibition) Albert Aoun, and Director of BelCCI’s Belinterexpo company Natalia Kurash, as well as heads of Belarusian enterprises presented at the stand.

It is known that a rich business programme is prepared for Belarusian exhibitors, including presentations, B2B meetings and negotiations with Egyptian business circles.
