Belarus, Pakistan to strengthen economic partnership
The current state of Belarusian-Pakistani economic relations, including the implementation of the agreements following the sixth meeting of the Belarusian-Pakistani intergovernmental commission on trade and economic co-operation, held in Minsk in January 2023, was discussed during the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa and Secretary for Ministry of Economic Affairs of Pakistan Kazim Niaz – as reported by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service
“Particular attention was paid to the upcoming joint events aimed at enhancing trade-economic liaisons. The parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening the partnership between Belarus and Pakistan in the economy and other areas,” noted the press service.
