Belarus, Nigeria discussed projects in agricultural mechanisation
The Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria Vyacheslav Bril met with Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority Prince Paul Ikonne – as reported by the Belarusian Embassy in Nigeria
During the meeting, the Belarusian side made a presentation of the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. Specific projects were discussed in the field of agricultural mechanisation in Nigeria, as well as in preparing land for agricultural use.
The National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) reports directly to the administration of the President of Nigeria. Its main tasks are the establishment of integrated farm estates, initiating various programmes to empower the youth in agriculture.
