Belarus’ Grodno Azot discussed co-operation with Equatorial Guinea’s Ministry of Mines and Hydrocarbons

The Grodno Azot enterprise has been visited by representatives of the Ministry of Mines and Hydrocarbons of Equatorial Guinea. The guests held talks with the leadership of the Belarusian company, headed by Director General Igor Lyashenko, and got acquainted with the production of mineral fertilisers, AUS-32 and medical oxygen, sb.by reports with reference to the enterprise’s press service

The Republic of Equatorial Guinea occupies a leading position in Africa in terms of GDP per capita, being one of the richest and most stable countries on the African continent.

“A powerful impetus to bilateral interaction was given by President Aleksandr Lukashenko’s visit to Equatorial Guinea in December 2023, which resulted in the signing by the heads of state of a roadmap for the development of co-operation for 2024-2026. Chemical and agro-industrial technologies are among the priority areas,” added the press service.
