It is noted that the parties summed up the implementation of previously reached agreements and discussed the possibilities of expanding the areas of industrial dialogue.

Aleksandr Yefimov expressed the Industry Ministry’s readiness to establish long-term co-operation through the implementation of commodity exchange operations, as well as realisation of the full potential of co-operative interaction.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Belarus, Santiago Perez Benitez, noted with satisfaction the progressive nature of bilateral contacts. This year, in particular, the first meeting of the working group on co-operation between the two industry ministries took place.

Cuban Deputy Industry Minister Jose Gaspar Alvarez informed about the visit of the Cuban delegation to a range of the Industry Ministry enterprises to negotiate the supplies of equipment.

After the talks, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further expanding practical liaisons.
