Belarus and Russia’s Perm Krai interested in expanding co-operation

Belarus and Russia’ Perm Krai have expressed readiness to expand liaisons in the oil and gas sector and industry – as reported by the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

As informed, representatives of Belarusian and Perm enterprises and organisations have met for a round table discussion to consider opportunities for expanding trade and economic co-operation between Belarus and Perm Krai in the oil and gas sector and industry. After speeches and presentations, more detailed bilateral negotiations took place.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director General for Foreign Economic Relations at Minsk’s branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Irina Ivanova, the Head of the Export Support Centre of Perm Krai – Veronika Bazhgina, as well as representatives of ten Belarusian and Perm enterprises.

In addition, Perm entrepreneurs held bilateral talks at enterprises in Minsk, the Mogilev and Gomel regions, and also videoconference negotiations with companies from Grodno and Novopolotsk.
