According to him, investments are to double by 2010. “Foreign investments are to account for at least 15–20% of the total. We expect large foreign investors to come to Belarus. The international group of companies Henkel is one of them. Henkel has opened the plant Ceresit to produce construction mixtures in Belarus,” Andrei Kobyakov said, adding that he had met with representatives of Zepter, another international giant that claimed it was interested in the Belarusian market.
