Zelenskyy's decrees have no legal force in Kherson Region

This has been stated by the Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military-Civilian Administration, Kirill Stremousov, RIA Novosti reports

Mr. Stremousov’s statement followed Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s signing of a decree to establish fifteen military administrations in the Kherson Region. Since March, its territory has been under the control of Russia, and – as noted by the Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military-Civilian Administration – Zelenskyy’s decree has no legal force in the area. “The jurisdiction of Zelenskyy and his henchmen does not apply to the Kherson Region,” he stressed.

Mr. Stremousov added that the Kiev authorities will not establish their own rules in the region.
