Ukraine announced creation of long-range drones for AFU

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, stated that Ukraine has drones with a flight range of more than a thousand kilometres, RIA Novosti reports

Mykhailo Fedorov noted that most of the drones used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine have a range of 700 to 1,000 kilometres. However, there are now models that can fly over a distance of more than 1,000 kilometres.

According to Mykhailo Fedorov, ‘by the end of the year, the first drones with artificial intelligence should be expected on the battlefield’.
