UAE Ambassador to Belarus: political will enabled two countries to establish strong partnerships

Through mutually beneficial co-operation, we can achieve common goals, the most important of which is to ensure the sustainable development of the both states and humanity as a whole – as noted by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to the Republic of Belarus, Ibrahim Salim Mohammed al-Musharrah, speaking at the plenary session of the 17th Gomel Economic Forum

Speaking about promising areas of co-operation, the diplomat outlined the main ones, “The Republic of Belarus boasts enormous potential and extensive experience in agriculture and food production, as well as natural resources. Your country is ready to share its knowledge and technologies. The UAE, in turn, can become a window for Belarusian products to enter the markets of the Middle East and North Africa.”

The Ambassador underlined that political will has enabled the two countries to establish strong partnerships across various areas, “The UAE and the Republic of Belarus attach great importance to liaisons in such areas as trade, economy, investment, energy, climate change, culture, education, healthcare, and sports. Countries also pay attention to strengthening consular relations.”
