Tucker Carlson's interview with Putin to be released at 2am Minsk time on February 9th
US journalist Tucker Carlson is going to release his interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin on his website at 6pm US East Coast time (2am Minsk time) on February 9th, TASS reports
According to a post on Tucker Carlson’s account, “Tucker interviews Russian President Vladimir Putin. [Publication] coming tomorrow at 6pm EST.”
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed that Tucker Carlson had met and talked with Vladimir Putin. The conversation is expected to be uploaded to the American journalist's X account and to his website.
On February 6th, Tucker Carlson stated that he would seek a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, as all of the previous interviews of the Ukrainian leader with the US media were not journalism but propaganda.
The number of viewers for the announcement of the interview has reached 95.5m so far.
