Courtois recognised as world’s best goalkeeper in 2022

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has recognised the goalkeeper of Real Madrid and the Belgian national team, Thibaut Courtois, as the best goalkeeper of 2022 Photo: www.reuters.com Thibaut Courtois got 125 points, and he was followed by Argentine Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa) and Moroccan Yassine Bounou (Sevilla), who performed well at the recent World Championship in Qatar. They received 110 and 55 points respectively.
