SB TV YouTube channel reached 1m subscribers

There is a million! The SB TV YouTube channel of the Belarus Segodnya Publishing House surpassed the mark of 1m subscribers.

The SB TV YouTube channel is developing in several directions at once. The brand video projects of the Belarus Segodnya Publishing House – the Weekdays, the Liberal Thursday, the Identity Code, and the PRO Army – gain from 1.5 to 10m views monthly. The SB TV video studio broadcasts the most important socio-political and cultural events for the country: Single Voting Day, Marina Vasilevskaya's flight into space and her return to Earth and her Homeland, various festivals and competitions, and military exercises. Thanks to the SB TV YouTube channel, the subscribers of the platform (and their geography covers all continents) can follow the presidential agenda. The SB TV plans to develop new projects in the future.

REFERENCE

  • The Weekdays talk show, a joint project with Alfa Radio, airs from Monday to Friday mornings. Each episode focuses on the most relevant topics from the life of the country and the world. Political scientists, academics, public figures, and journalists from leading mass media take part in the discussion.

  • The Liberal Thursday talk show by political commentator Polina Konoga and a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Oleg Gaidukevich is distinguished from other programmes by the informal style of the hosts, easy presentation of material, sense of humour, and emotionality. The conversation is centred around the most urgent and relevant topics that are being discussed in the world and the country. The discourse is light and casual, yet thoughtful and serious.

  • The hosts and guests of the PRO Army project analyse the military-political situation in Belarus and around the world in a discussion format. The experts are both generals and officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, as well as military analysts and experts.

  • Identity Code is a programme where young people ask questions to an invited guest. Famous media personalities, political scientists, journalists, musicians, and cultural figures openly talk about the secrets of their profession, family histories, their interests, values and dreams, and share their personal opinions on topical issues of socio-political news.
