S. Korean leader expressed fear that DPRK could use nuclear weapons
To achieve its military plans, the DPRK can use any means, including nuclear weapons – as stated by South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol during a cabinet meeting, TASS reports

The Head of State also noted that, against the background of the growing threat from North Korea, they plan to consolidate relations with Japan and the United States.
"I think that North Korea will use all possible means to achieve its military goals, and will not give up the use of nuclear weapons," Yoon Suk Yeol said.
The trilateral summit with the participation of the United States, South Korea and Japan took place on August 18th, and the leaders agreed ‘to restore dialogue with the DPRK’, also coming to a common conclusion that nuclear weapons should be eliminated for the benefit of the entire international community.
