Russian Defence Ministry commission arrived in Belarus

A commission of Russia’s Defence Ministry led by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, Army General Oleg Salyukov, has arrived in Belarus, the Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel

It is informed that the commission has inspected military units and subdivisions of the Russian component of the regional group of troops (forces) deployed at the training grounds of Belarus’ Armed Forces.

In addition, the quality of combat co-ordination training was checked and the military’s readiness to perform tasks for their intended purpose in the interests of ensuring the military security of the Union State was assessed.
