Yesterday, on November 23rd, two foreigners approached the Polish fence to ask for an opportunity to apply for refugee status. The men demonstrated no aggression but Polish servicemen sprayed tear-gas in response to their peaceful appeals.

One of the foreigners, who suffered as a result of the use of special means, tried to seek medical help. However, the Polish servicemen were simply grinning while watching at his torment. Another refugee was making a video, commenting on what was happening and asking the Polish security forces to stop the outrage. When the Poles got tired of listening to requests for help, they cynically sprayed tear-gas another time towards the man who actually needed protection and ordered them to go away.

Another incident took place at night. A group of desperate refugees decided to independently go to the Polish territory. People had to act that way because of the hopeless situation in which they found themselves due to the lack of a legal opportunity to apply for protection in the European Union. As a result, the Polish security forces began shooting.

To prevent possible provocations, Belarusian servicemen covered this section.
