Official welcoming ceremony of Aleksandr Lukashenko held at Dushanbe’s Palace of the Nation
The ceremony of the official meeting of the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, with the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has been held at Dushanbe’s Palace of the Nation, BelTA reports
Emomali Rahmon met Aleksandr Lukashenko on the square in front of the main entrance to the palace.
During the ceremony with participation of the honour guard company and the military orchestra, the President of Belarus greeted the servicemen, and then the two leaders headed for the official delegations of their countries.
After the traditional ceremony, Aleksandr Lukashenko and Emomali Rahmon left for bilateral talks. The meeting will be held first in a narrow format, and then in an expanded format with participation of the delegation members.
