Musk outraged by possible EU sanctions against Carlson for interview with Putin

American businessman and billionaire Elon Musk was outraged by reports about the possibility of the European Union imposing sanctions on American journalist Tucker Carlson for an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports

“If true, this would be disturbing indeed. One may agree with Tucker or not, but he is a major American journalist and such an action would greatly offend the American public,” Elon Musk posted on his X account.

Earlier, Tucker Carlson said that Elon Musk promised not to block his interview with the Russian leader on the social network X. 

The number of viewers for the announcement of the interview has reached 95.4m so far.
