New service centres for maintaining BELARUS tractor equipment may be set up in Uzbekistan by the end of 2026, MTZ’s corporate edition Traktor.bel reports, citing information from company specialists
Vadim Kantor, the Deputy Marketing Director for Service at MTZ and Head of the Service and Technical Expertise Department, noted, “At present, Uzbekistan has three assembly plants and two distribution network entities that handle sales of products from the MTZ-Holding enterprises. Seven service centres are functioning, which not only sell equipment but also provide maintenance services. This year, MTZ — in partnership with Agromax Technic in the city of Nurafshan — plans to expand the tractor assembly production. As equipment sales grow, we will explore opportunities to further expand the service network.”
The Belarusian company added that the locations for the new MTZ service centres in Uzbekistan will be determined based on the distribution of BELARUS equipment sales. They will mainly be established in regions where MTZ-Holding products are most popular among customers and where there is currently no factory service facility.
