President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold talks with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who will arrive in Belarus on an official visit on May 23rd-24th, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
The talks of the heads of state will be held on May 24th at the Palace of Independence, first in a narrow and then in an expanded format.
The parties will discuss the state and prospects for the development of the entire complex of Belarusian-Russian relations: the integration agenda and the implementation of decisions taken at the Supreme State Council of the Union State, political dialogue, promotion of joint trade, economic and co-operative projects, strengthening security, co-operation in the humanitarian sphere.
Traditionally, the focus will be on the international agenda, the situation in the region, and joint response to emerging challenges and threats.
