Lukashenko to hold talks with Oman's Sultan as he visits Belarus

The leaders will review the implementation of the agreements reached in December 2024 during Aleksandr Lukashenko’s visit to Oman and discuss promising ways and avenues to deepen co-operation in various areas, with the main focus on expanding trade and economic co-operation.
The sides plan to sing a number of international agreements after the talks.
For its part, the Omani side has announced that the visit will take place on October 6th-7th as part of developing relations between Oman and Belarus to broaden their horizons in line with the aspirations of both countries.
“The visit will discuss areas of co-operation between the two countries in various spheres and means of boosting them to serve the joint interests. During the visit, the two leaders will exchange views on a set of current regional and international issues. His Majesty the Sultan will be accompanied during the visit by a high-ranking official delegation,” Oman News Agency stated.
