Lukashenko sent Independence Day greetings to Dominican President and people

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona, and the people of this country on the 180th anniversary of independence, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

“Your country is approaching this significant date with serious achievements in the economy and social sphere, an improvement in the quality of life that is obvious to every citizen,” the congratulatory message reads.

The Head of State underlined that Belarus is interested in developing a political dialogue with the Dominican Republic on the principles of mutual respect and trust, expanding interaction in international organisations, and more fully realising the potential of trade-economic liaisons.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona health and the implementation of his plans aimed at building a strong, prosperous state, and the Dominicans – happiness, peace and prosperity.
