Lukashenko extends condolences to India over victims of bridge collapse

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has sent a message of condolences to President of India Draupadi Murmu in connection with the numerous casualties as a result of a bridge collapse in the state of Gujarat – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service

“The Republic of Belarus received with deep sorrow the news of numerous human casualties and injuries as a result of the collapse of the bridge in the state of Gujarat,” the message reads.

At this difficult time for India, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on behalf of his compatriots and himself, expressed sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, wished a speedy recovery to the injured, and also addressed words of support to the head of the Indian state and the entire Indian people.
