Lukashenko considers it necessary to give new impetus to IT industry development

Today, the President of Belarus has held a meeting to discuss draft decrees on the development of the High Tech Park. The Head of State recalled that the topic of HTP development, taking into account the current situation around Belarus, had already been discussed last November.

At the same time, Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed, “It’s necessary to give a new impetus to the development of the industry while ensuring the most favourable working conditions. We’ve agreed on this. This applies to HTP residents, as well as all domestic IT companies. Everyone should create a product for the needs of the national economy and, of course, for export supplies. The task is serious, but in the last few years, we have had no easy tasks.”
