Lukashenko congratulated Valentina Matviyenko on her birthday
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has sent birthday greetings to Valentina Matviyenko, the Chair of the Federation Council of Russia’s Federal Assembly – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service
“High professionalism and purposefulness, organisational talent and passionate attitude towards work have earned you well-deserved respect and recognition,” the congratulatory message reads. “You make a worthy contribution to the development of a constructive and mutually beneficial Belarusian-Russian inter-parliamentary dialogue, making tireless efforts to promote many important joint initiatives, including the Memory Train patriotic youth project.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Valentina Matviyenko strong health, happiness and prosperity. “Let reliable friends always be by your side, and the warmth and support of loved ones give strength for new achievements in all areas of your activity,” the Head of State added.
