Lukashenko congratulated Chairman of State Duma of Russia’s Federal Assembly on his anniversary

On February 4th, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, Vyacheslav Volodin, on his anniversary – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service

“Your inherent sense of purpose, your deep knowledge and ability to work with full dedication contribute to the successful solution of important tasks in the field of law-making, alongside defending national interests in the most difficult and responsible areas of public policy,” the congratulatory message reads.

The Head of State noted that Vyacheslav Volodin is a staunch supporter of Belarusian-Russian integration and its progressive development for the benefit of two fraternal countries and nations.

“Under your experienced leadership, inter-parliamentary co-operation is effectively expanding within the Union State and the Collective Security Treaty Organisation. We’re grateful for the support and assistance in the productive implementation of the initiatives of the Republic of Belarus on these authoritative platforms in bilateral and multilateral formats,” the President underlined.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Vyacheslav Volodin strong health, happiness, inexhaustible vital energy and new professional achievements.
