The Belarusian Head of State described the proposed solutions as follows, “The approach is non-standard, but this area almost always requires creative solutions.”

At the same time, Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed, “We are talking about a second wind and previously inaccessible horizons for the HTP, and for the entire IT industry of Belarus. It’s necessary to develop new markets and replace Western investments with Asian ones. In general, if a worthy product is created somewhere, no matter what the barriers, fences and obstacles, this product will be in demand. They will buy it. Today we must once again discuss the proposals and agree on bringing the regulatory framework in line with the decisions taken.”

Addressing the participants of the meeting, the President asked how it is possible to speed up the work in this regard as much as possible and when there will be concrete results.
