Lukashenko approved draft memorandum on mutual recognition of educational documents with Zimbabwe
On January 19, Head of State Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 13, which approved a draft memorandum of understanding between Belarus and Zimbabwe on mutual recognition of educational documents as a basis for negotiations, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports
The President authorised the Education Ministry to negotiate the draft memorandum, allowing it, if necessary, to make changes – that are not of a fundamental nature – to the document, and also to sign it upon reaching an agreement within the approved project.
