Lukashenko appointed new State Border Committee Chairman

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has made a number of personnel decisions today. In particular, the Head of State has appointed a new Chairman of the State Border Committee – Konstantin Molostov, who will replace Anatoly Lappo in this position.

Prior to the appointment, Konstantin Molostov headed the Grodno Border Group. Anatoly Lappo has been discharged from military service in the reserve.
