Lukashenko agreed to appointment of new heads of local power vertical

The President of Belarus has made today a number of personnel decisions. In particular, Aleksandr Lukashenko agreed to the appointment of Dmitry Petrozhitsky as the First Deputy Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, who previously headed there the Committee on Agriculture and Food. Nadezhda Lazarevich, who worked as Deputy Chair of the Minsk City Executive Committee, is now the First Deputy Chair of the Minsk City Executive Committee. The post of Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee was taken by Aleksandr Chernikov, who previously headed the Inspectorate of the Department for Construction Inspection and Surveillance in Minsk. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, Sergei Lobodinsky, will henceforth head the Brest City Executive Committee.

Heads have also changed in a number of districts. Aleksandr Lukashenko agreed to the appointment of Aleksandr Gorbach as Chairman of the Dobrush District Executive Committee, and Anatoly Zavatsky as Chairman of the Vileika District Executive Committee. Dmitry Kolos, who headed the branch of the Negoreloe Combine of Bakery Products at Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky JSC, now heads the Uzda District Executive Committee. Sergei Yermolitsky will head the Kruglyany District, Gevorg Melkonyan – the Khotimsk District, Dmitry Kozel – the Gomel District, and Dmitry Akulich – the Chausy District. Vitaly Morozov, who headed the Gorelectrotransport municipal unitary enterprise, will work as the Head of the Administration of Gomel’s Zheleznodorozhny District.
