Nadezhda Lazarevich as First Deputy Chairperson of the Minsk City Executive Committee,
Aleksandr Chernikov as Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee,
Sergei Lobodinsky as Chairman of the Brest City Executive Committee,
Aleksandr Gorbach as Chairman of the Dobrush District Executive Committee,
Anatoly Zavatsky as Chairman of the Vileika District Executive Committee,
