Libya tops oil production in Africa
The Ecofin economic agency reported that Libya overtook Nigeria for the first time in 10 years to become the first country in Africa in terms of oil production, TASS reports
It is reported that, in the current conditions, Nigeria faces difficulties in maintaining a stable level of oil production, and it is being overtaken by Angola and Libya.
In late March, Libya became the top oil producer in Africa: 1.24 million barrels per day, or 5.7 percent more than in February. Nigeria's figures were 1.23 million barrels per day in March against 1.32 million barrels in February.
