Labour Day being widely celebrated in Belarus

Labour Day is celebrated in Belarus on May 1^st, and this is a day of peace, solidarity and pride for their country for all Belarusians. A person of work has traditionally been the main hero of May Day: the best of the best are honoured today.

May Day events are widely held in all regions of Belarus. They are attended by representatives of labour collectives, trade union activists, labour dynasties and veterans, representatives of government and management bodies – all those who create a happy present and a bright future of Belarus with their own hands.
