Kyrgyz Ambassador: we first exceeded 100m mark in trade with Belarus

The relations between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan are developing across all areas, but the achievements of our countries in trade are especially pleasing – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Belarus Ermek Ibraimov told reporters after his meeting with Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova

“Last year, we exceeded the 100m mark for the first time,” the Ambassador noted. “It would seem that the figures are not big, but taking into account large distances between our countries, this is a good achievement. If we speak in relative figures, then exports increased by 150 percent, and import supplies have grown by over 200 percent. In other words, the trends are positive, and we are gradually increasing our trade turnover.”
