Minsk free economic zone (FEZ) will present its investment potential at the Turkish-Belarusian Investment Forum, held as part of the MUSIAD EXPO multi-industry international exhibition in Istanbul, BelTA learnt from the FEZ’s press service

Forum participants will discuss efficient tools for solving business tasks, new niches and industries for investment, issues of state support, special conditions for investors, as well as the development of bilateral economic interaction and business prospects.

The First Deputy Head of Minsk FEZ Administration, Sergei Bubenko, will present the opportunities and peculiarities of work in the free economic zone. Moreover, the FEZ Minsk and the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association MUSIAD, which includes 60,000+ Turkish enterprises, signed a memorandum of co-operation.

“We see interest from Turkish business, but here we are still not well known, and our main task is to raise business awareness about real business opportunities both in the Minsk Region and in Belarus as a whole,” Mr. Bubenko noted. “I am sure that this forum will serve as an impetus for the generation of new ideas and the implementation of joint projects.”

The Turkish-Belarusian Investment Forum is held under the auspices of the Government of Belarus in co-operation with the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association MUSIAD.

MUSIAD EXPO is the largest multi-industry exhibition in Turkey, which is held by MUSIAD with the support of the Turkish government every two years. In 2020, more than 500 companies and over 100,000 visitors from 125 countries of the world took part in the exhibition, with 8,000 B2B meetings being held.
