DPR Head Pushilin: Ukraine is not yet aimed at peace
Ukraine is not yet aimed at peace – as noted by Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin after his today’s meeting with President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko
Journalists asked Denis Pushilin to share his personal opinion on whether there will be peace soon or whether they will have to fight for it. Answering this question, the DPR Head said, “I will be honest: so far, by the nature of actions both on the line of contact and on the part of the governing bodies of the remaining part of Ukraine, unfortunately, they are not yet aimed at peace. Their actions differ greatly from those statements [which they make] and a very different context is put into the word ‘peace’.”
At the same time, Denis Pushilin expressed confidence that sooner or later everything will end with negotiations.
