Car sales up 13.5 percent in China in February

The volume of car sales in China increased by 13.5 percent year–on-year to almost 1.98m vehicles in February, Xinhua reports with reference to the China Association of the Automobile Manufacturers

According to the source, car sales amounted to 3.625m vehicles in January-February, which was 15.2 percent less compared to the same period in 2022.

In February, passenger car sales exceeded 1.65m vehicles, increasing 10.9 percent year-on-year.
