Belarus, Vietnam plan to jointly produce outfit for firefighters
As a follow-up to the agreements reached at a meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus to Vietnam, Vladimir Borovikov, with the Minister of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, To Lam, the Belarusian diplomat held talks with the Director of the Department of Foreign Relations of Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security, Dang Xuan Hong – as informed by Belarus’ diplomatic mission in Vietnam
The meeting was attended by heads of the specialised services and enterprises subordinate to Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security.
The sides discussed practical steps of co-operation regarding the establishment of a joint facility in Vietnam to produce Belarusian special-purpose equipment and outfit for Vietnamese fire services.
An agreement was reached to create a bilateral working group to determine specifications of the necessary equipment and elaborate conclusion of relevant contracts.
