Belarus, Vietnam plan to strengthen trade and economic ties
The Consul General of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City, Ruslan Varankov, met with the Secretary of the City Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Van Nen – as informed by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service
The parties discussed key areas of Belarusian-Vietnamese interregional co-operation, emphasising the need to strengthen trade, economic and humanitarian ties. They also paid special attention to the upcoming exchange of visits of delegations from the two countries’ regions and intensification of co-operation between business circles.
As reported, Ruslan Varankov and Nguyen Van Nen stressed the historically friendly Belarusian-Vietnamese relations and expressed mutual interest in their development at a qualitatively higher level.
