During the meeting, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration Vyacheslav Danilovich spoke about the structure of the educational institution and the process of training management personnel for our country. Mustafa Ozcan noted that the development of relations in education and the humanitarian sphere is of great importance for our countries.

“Your higher educational establishment, which trains senior management personnel for the public service, was formed at the dawn of the formation of the independent Belarusian state. This shows how serious, albeit young, state Belarus is. We – seeing Belarus as a friend and partner – always underline that security, stability, prosperity and economic potential of your country are important to us. In the process of building relationships between our countries, establishing close co-operation and mutually beneficial ties plays an important role. Your university, like many others, does important work through which students learn about the history and traditions of Turkiye. We are doing the same work in our country, and this is where language teaching is of particular importance,” noted Mustafa Ozcan.

“Indeed, traditional spiritual and moral values are vital to us. We are a traditional society that strives to preserve what we have, without succumbing to new-fangled trends that contradict our values. Belarus is a unique country. We always strive to maintain national and religious peace in our society. We are proud that our ancestors defended their right to live on this land as we see fit. Therefore, the sovereignty of the Republic of Belarus is of very high value to us. It’s very important and valuable for us that the Republic of Turkiye supports Belarus in this endeavour,” noted Vyacheslav Danilovich.

Moreover, Mustafa Ozcan held a meeting with students of the academy, during which he spoke in more detail about the relationship between Belarus and Turkiye. Then the meeting continued in the format of a dialogue, where everyone could ask a question of interest, including in the Turkish language.
