Belarus, Nigeria discussed joint projects in mechanical engineering and energy
The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vladimir Ulakhovich, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus concurrently, Abdullahi Ibaikwal Shehu – as informed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The sides discussed the main areas of co-operation between Belarusian and Nigerian businesses, prospects for the implementation of joint projects in the fields of agriculture, mechanical engineering, energy, opportunities for organising bilateral events, including online meetings of business circles, presentations of trade and economic potential of Nigeria for representatives of Belarusian business, as well as meetings and forums within the framework of major international exhibitions in Belarus and Africa.
The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry invited Mr. Shehu and Nigerian business circles to take part in the 3rd Belarusian-African Economic Forum scheduled to be held in Cairo in May 2022.
