Aleksandr Bykov appointed First Deputy Commander of Internal Troops of Belarus’ Interior Ministry – Chief of Staff

Colonel Aleksandr Bykov has been appointed First Deputy Commander of Internal Troops of Belarus’ Interior Ministry – Chief of Staff following a decree signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko on September 28^th, BelTA reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

Major General Igor Burmistrov, who previously held this position, was dismissed from military service in the reserve by age with the right to wear military uniforms and insignia.
