Summing up the preliminary results, the Commander-in-Chief said, “What results can be drawn by me? The inspection is over, and the main issue that I was worried about was that everything should be objective and honest. As a military man, I can tell you that if the inspection has been organised honestly, as it should be, then it is a worthy job. You have detected all the goals, you have met all the tasks. It's great. Not a single target has passed you by.”

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the whole of Belarus is controlled by air defence forces in real time, “Since it is being controlled, you have detected all the targets in time. You have coped with them – either shooting them down, or forcing to land, and so on. You see everything that is happening on our borders. Our reconnaissance is working well, and information is being transmitted. Well done – if everything here has been unexpected, sudden and honest. If so, then that’s great. It's not just impressive, it is fairly well. After the results of objective control are available, we will sum them up in the Defence Ministry. Therefore, I have only one concern: this should have been honest. A sudden check means that those who need to know do know, and all the others work like in wartime. If so, well done. It is not bad.”
