“The distribution by the western world of illegal restrictions on the international humanitarian sphere is not only beyond the scope of international law but is also directly aimed at discrimination against ordinary people, whose rights the western adherents of democracy are so actively defending on all international platforms,” she said. “Sanctions that affect the right to freedom of movement, freedom of expression, access to cultural achievements and information, contacts between people, are absolutely inapplicable. This grossly violates the provisions of the Helsinki Final Act of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe.”
